Leave the guy alone, we need to evolve and realize pot is not a bad thing and let people do what they want to do as long as it does not hurt others and they are responsible. Alcohol has been far worse and has killed many. This guy is a farmer growing his crop for the season and should not be harrassed.

I grew mine for the season!!!Grow on people

Time to decriminalize marijuana, like Mr. Pillsbury said, time to stop making a big deal about it and let it go, It is simply a relaxation similar to a glass of wine. Who ever tipped them off should be in jail.

-It was illegal for women to vote less than 100 years ago, for blacks and whites to marry, and for blacks to ride and eat certain places whites could etc. less than 50 years ago, and for most anyone to do business on sundays, etc. etc. You're saying people shouldn't have petitioned/protested back then for what they knew should be they're individual unalienable rights?!?

Do you tell the pro-abortionists to quit whining about how Roe v Wade could be overturned? To be consistant you should tell em to "Quit whining, if it is then that'll be the new law and it'll then be tough $#it!" Same with the ones demanding that the govt. now PROVIDE us with 'healthcare' as a 'right' when rights have always only been what we already have from birth, which the govt. is supposed to protect, such as the right to THE PURSUIT of happiness. No one has a right to happiness in the form of care from the govt.! Tell them that Fran, and tell the war mongers, whether rightwing sheeple neocon/Bush lovers or socialist/Obama loving sheeple, who now BOTH have been in support of undeclared (unconstitutional)'war' by paying their taxes and lack of protest, that they are allowing the breaking of THE Law,'The Supreme Law of the Land' as it calls itself- The Constitution! And tell em that it's unlawful and wrong that we're at 'war' as per the Law they're sworn to obey!(unless you're a hypocrite that is, then I guess you won't)

Those like Fran need to have their rights infringed and themselves treated like a terrorist criminal for doing some little thing THEY think ought to be a right. they need to suffer what they've allowed their neighbors to suffer under before they'll even start to wake up and realize that one has NO individual unalienable rights unless you know what they are, where they come from, and are courageous and willing to enFORCE them!
I don't fault sheeple so much for voting for the rightwing favorite or the leftwing favorite as much as I do for thinking that they're candidate is any different and will effect a 'change' for the better. Somebody said that one main symptom of insanity is doing the same thing over and over and expecting different results. Ewe sheeple are stuck in the Left Right Paradigm (google it) and our 'leaders'(something not sanctioned by the Constitution)alternate between dem and rep presidents and y'all actually think that your voting affects the future and our freedom, while the New World Order marches on unabated no matter who you 'elect'. WAKE UP!!

Sometimes the punishment does not fit the crime. The anonymous tip did not come from a stranger. I'll bet this person knew the accused. Maybe a former business partner or employee. Any one of the hundreds of people who may have been wronged by the accused. The accused is no good guy, no brother, no son of Jah and no friend. Was it Al Capone who was jailed on income tax evasion? Had Al smoked up would that nullify all the reprehensible suffering he brought to so many people? If one has behaved in a selfish and crimnial way, for a long time, it is only a matter of odds that someone would deliver pay back. Laws regarding this offense are harsh and should be reduced if not eliminated, the day after the accused receives the maximum penalty! Just visit southern Vermont and ask around. He's well known.
