"...changes in the state's education system...need to be thoroughly researched before moving forward." Where has this woman been? At Town Meeting in 2001, she and sidekick Michael Obuchowski said the education reform was a TOP priority. Now, FOUR YEARS later it needs thorough research! Ms. Partridge seems to be more concerned with agriculture issues (and how many farms are there in her district compared to schools, students and tax payers).

Actually I've got quite a swarm of grasshoppers hanging around the potato patch and few frogs and a toad or two, not too far away, but it's not like it was. You forgot to mention rabid animals, and blight from the big box store garden departments.
Farming has become a rich mans hobby. Seed and fertilizer is through the roof. It's possibly to be self sufficient, but isn't that a step backwards from what we had a generation or two back? Isn't it too bad they call this progressive?

I just read all the post again and yes 48% of Bellows Falls are poverty level with 75% getting some form of state aid and that doesnÂ’t not include SS retirees. This report was in the state auditors office.

Now Mr. Candidate if you want to make a difference as just 1 man talk to your dear old dad and get his act together with all the section 8 housing clients he has brought to Bellows Falls.

The "More" recent acquisition of property on the corner of Russell and Atkinson Street that trustee Golec owned and sold to SLM is a prime example of what we speak. Racial profiling aside that man from Michigan was released from the state pen after serving a lengthy time for murder and other brothers photographed by law enforcement ID the 2 as Gang bangers from Springfield Ma with lengthy records.

For the record counselor can you disclose exactly how much money gets direct deposited into the SLM accounts each month by the state of Vermont, it is public record?

You are an intelligent person and if your firm just did background checks on your renters it would go along way to getting Bellows Falls back to some semblance of what it once was years ago.

Redirect?

Spuds and Dennis that blight is not her fault but the blight in BF is a new fotm of Milking called the system and SLM is the farmer, dont ya think its time to get the weed whacker out and retill the soil?

I would rather the Patridge and Pear trees with Obie than what we know is the record of Section 8

i would agree if the cost of everything was in line with 8 bucks an hour, thats 1280.00 a months at 40 hours and most rents in bf are around 800.00 that leave 400 for food, electric, heat, insurance,c ars, clothes, ect ect do the math it isnt easy at all
food with family of 4 alone cost ya about 300 a month,100 for electric and close to 300 a month for heating in most places

Gang bangers from the inner city, the cops know what is going on.

I doubt that you want them in your home as tenants.

this is true i will agree there but there are good folks strugling, just didnt want to mix them all in the same boat, yea i agree child mollesters murders rapist ect should not be allowed to breath air in my book, my buddys got the right idea he says he thinks they should be automatically turned into a living organ downer if conficted of rape ,child molesting or porn since you in my book promoted someone else to do the mollesting , no differeent then someone hiring someone to murder
