at least you have the first step in realizing your deficiency. All have sinned and fallen short of the glory of God.

so yes God allows everything that happens to gloryify Himself. do you not remember to great outcry to the one God in those few weeks?
<quoted text>
Once again, you highlight my point - God choose those who would be his and he choose those that would not be his. Those who he did not choose are powerless to change their future or the fact that they were created with the purpose of being tortured. Again, this is from a loving God? If that is the meaning of love, someone needs to recheck what the word means.

And no, I do not remember that outcrying. Personally I remember a lot of tears, anger and call for justice. Far from the same thing.

for My thoughts are not your thoughts, Neither are your ways My ways, declares the Lord. For as the heavens are higher than the earth, so are My ways higher than your ways, and My thoughts than your thoughts. Isaih 55:8-9

That still did not answer the question however. It is still a matter of some being called or choosen and others are not. If true, the being that you believe is worthy of worship is the same being that created millions of people with the intent of torturing them for eternity. Again, that is not the actions of a loving being.

If this is a question..yes I have read Revelation and don't comprehend it all, just like the rest of the Bible. Have you ever read Isaih, how about Daniel, how about Ezekiel?

You are great at cutting and pasting scripture. However I have yet to see you make an actual statement of your own. You simply cut/paste. An orginial thought would be nice.

So does Elvis - perhaps they are one and the same.

In either case, I don't think Jesus would want you forcing your views onto others; especially if his old man is the only one who can forgive sins.

read them? i studied them! i minored in religion in college. i've probably forgotten more about religion than most so-called 'believers' will ever learn. but, don't let critical objective thinking get in the way of a good fairy tale.

are you not attacking my Christianity? yet I cannot quote where my beliefs come. Wow, are you at a lost for words when it comes to Scripture? I am being conformed to the image of Christ, so these are my thoughts.

Well, I am not forcing anything nor do I try. I just bring the truth and let the Spirit do His job. You first have to know that you are a sinner before you know you need a Savior. The word is the sword that cuts and the balm that heals.

I apologize for attacking your Christian beliefs, the point being is just because you wish to believe in scripture doesn't give you the right to promote your religious beliefs onto others.

you minored in what "religion"? Jesus said, He who is of God hears the words of God; for this reason you do not hear them, because you are not of God. John 8:47

I do not take offense to your attacks. I know that it is not a personal attack on me. I am nothing, you are attacking God. I have every right, actually a command to "promote" my Jesus. He is the only way to live in peace with God. Otherwise you will spend the rest of eternity in the lake of fire.

God says "I will have mercy on whom I have mercy, and I will have compassion on whom I have commpassion. So then it does not depend on the man who wills or the man who runs, but on God who has mercy. Romans 9:15-16 and also Does not the potter have a right over the clay, to make from the same lump one vessel for honorable use, and another for common use? Romans 9:21

Sue - you have been very polite in this - more then me and I want to commend you on that. However, can I ask you two serious questions about your book? Some might find the questions offensive, so I will ask first.

No tricks - serious questions which I would like to see how you would debate.

No, I was actually hoping to stop you from posting endless scriptures instead of real answers.
The problem with scriptures is they are open to interpretation. The message you think you are sending out isn't always the one being received.

Aside from that, anyone can cut/paste from a source. It says nothing at all for the person behind it since they make no attempt to show that they themselves have an understanding of it.
