Moped driver struck and killed by police - WESTMINSTER Sat. 6/24 evening

Does anyone know where I could find a news story on this incident?
There was a man driving a moped who was struck by a Westminster police vehicle, I am told that the police were trying to stop him and pulled out IN FRONT of him causing a collision and that he has died.
I do not know the FACTS just what others have TOLD me, but that is what I am looking for - what really happened.
If what I have been told is true, it disgusts me, and I hope that the family of whomever this man was contacts an awesome lawyer RIGHT NOW and sues the pants off the police.(((WRONGFUL DEATH)))
There is no reason for a police officer to resort to that kind of tactic; this man was driving a MOPED and could not have outrun a police vehicle, there is no excuse for a police officer to pull in front of someone like that,,, their duty is to "serve and PROTECT"
Anyone know anything about this? Is this going to be one of those stories that gets swept under the rug? Seems to me the only thing that ever gets reported regarding the Westminster PD is when they have a drug bust or catch child molesters(which is all good; kudos and tip of the hat to WPD for all this,-- but this town's residents are also interested in knowing the stories behind MURDERs in our hometown as well.)
