I hope everyone involved is able to recover from this crash. I would support anything that could reduce the number of car accidents we have seen along 94, especially the higher speed accidents from the MD line to Fuhrman Mill. Maybe at the least PennDot could conduct a study to sort out a way to mitigate this issue before further loss of life occurs.

My wife and I would like to express our sincerest gratitude to all of the first responders and medical staff at the York Hospital Trauma Center for their professionalism and hard work at the scene of this crash and treating our son, Kevin. We take you for granted until we need you. To the other folks who were injured in any way during this crash we are so glad that you are alright. God Bless and Thank you

It's a legitimate question. How the he!! do you run into the back of a bus? Obviously not looking down the road.

Yeah, how do you run into the rear end of a southbound bus when traveling northbound? Oh, that's right, you don't. You go back and re-read the article and realize you're mistaken about crashing into a bus...

After speaking with professionals at the scene, there appears to be no indication of texting prior to the accident. Visibility at that particular location of north bound traffic is impared, and there were skid marks indicating an attempt to stop. It appears to be just a tragic accident and thank the Lord there were no other injuries. My heart goes out to all involved, including the injured driver. God Bless.

Travel that stretch of road daily... At that point of the road, the sun can be blinding some days. Most likely this caused the accident. But again, it's called an accident meaning no intent, just an accident, so keep the ill-intended comments out of the discussion, they serve no purpose. Glad to hear everyone will be ok, Kevin get well soon.

Stop throwing so many facts into this discussion, it is much easier to take this where each poster wants to go with the story if there are not any annoying facts to get in the way of our adamant suppositions!

Speed Limit here is 45. Cars do 60+ all the time because apparently PA State Police are the ONLY pd that can shoot radar on a state road. Being near the MD line, we NEVER see the troopers on this end of the road, therefore, the cars continue to whizz by. This particular area is on a downward slope and I can see how an accident like this could occur without texting because you could come up on it very fast. However, I believe that anyone going 45 or less would have plenty of time to apply the brakes (without skid marks) to make the stop easily. Actually, I know you could stop easily if you are traveling the speed limit undistracted. Something will come out of the investigation....most likely, speeding. Sorry for the driver who was hurt and thankful for the others who were able to walk away.

Impared? How was the driver in the Ford able to see that Moran was not stopping!? Obviously not too difficult to see if the driver in Ford saw him approaching! hmmmm.

Well if the sun was in Mr. Moran's face and the driver of the pickup was looking back at him the sun wouldn't be in his face. Obviously the driver of the pickup could see. Think before you speak.
