Did you know that the date wherein she appointed attorney Ciota as a full time attorney in Fitchburg for the first of its' time move. Was just after Mr. Kunz reported RICO tactics that are done by more than one town worker who shake business owners that don't play by certain rules. In fact they tried to charge Mr. Kunz for having a noisy and disorderly house in late 2008 because they wanted his buildings for a developement. The irony is that their were never any arrests at his properties but they ignored many property owners wherein arrests of dealing tenants were made. Mr. Ciota uses your money to defend criminals he is supposed to prosecute and it is deeper than any of you think. They let Looney go BTW because he spoke out about some of what was going on from what I hear.
