Residents may see fines for throwing, plowing or otherwise placing snow and ice into public roadways as early as Feb.

The problem that I have with these sort of moves is that they always come after citizens complain of unplowed roads.
I have to ask Mr.Hay; does this include west Fitchburg? Or is this just a target of the college area/ward 5?
I have yet to see any sidewalks outside of Ward 5 ever cleared after any storm.

Besides new fees, fines, taxes and increased utility rates does the city council EVER pass ANYTHING for the benefit of the citizens of Fitchburg??
How about an elderly exemption??? Why hasn't any city councilor EVER proposed such exemptions?
What about assistance to elder residents? Anything?

Lynch you're a disgrace. Your mom failed as a parent. She should be ashamed for the abomination she created.

The Senior Center is still funded. They have a wide range of programs and services. Veteran Services is still funded. And you know the council has no impact on utility rates. Stop complaining and go run your campaign. This time talk about the things you will actually do, not what you don't like that's going on.
AND stay off this forum! YOU DO YOURSELF MORE HARM THAN GOOD with your endless rants.
