Westminster departments should learn to do with less. The department heads know all they have to do is give a good sales job at town meeting and will get what they want, even if not really needed. What a great style country club public environment we have.

As an example, our town barn got an alarm system installed and it is never used. Fire department has increased their staff dynamically, Police, and Public Works increased only a little which is normal.
