I think people can use alcohol responsibly. Drinking age is still 21. When i went to Taylor. Center high school in late 70'sa number of students were smoking marijuana. I chose not to although i could have. Many things begin at home. Not the police. By the time police r involved it can be too late. If oeople choose intoxication a taxi or designated driver should be chosen. Remember they dont force people to drink. Look at those tobacco lawsuits. It was only about lawyers getting rich for most part. Common sense prevails in everything. If your parents advise correctly then things fall in place alot of the time. Hanging around wrong peopke can also be a bad influence. Let us not blame liquor companies for things that can be avoided.
