He deserves a new trial. He is a minor who should not get anywhere near life in prison.

A minor who is aware of right from wrong and we are ALL aware that killing is WRONG.

Screw the little prick. Let him be some convict's love puppet.

You sympathy fools need to differentiate between logic and emotion before you allow your pity to fall on the wrong person. You're one reason why this society is screwed up. He is undeserving of any pity.

Let me get this right, you saw HALF of a trail on TV, and you think it wasn't fair? Get a life lady!

I have watched alot of Court TV and this murder by far was the most harrowing. The testimony of Alex Letkemann was gruesome and horrifying. It left me feeling physically sick. The only more horrific crime I can liken it to are the Manson murders. He showed absolutely no emotion. What a surprise! Now he want's a new trial because he was abused by mommie.Tough. LET HIM ROT!

The lack of emotion is exactly what Jennifer and "didnt get a fair trial" missed. This is not your lil buddy from up the street or some project for you to save. He will likely do the same thing again if given a chance.

I watched this whole thing on TV and he's an emotionless sociopath, he knew what he was doing and the testimony of his friend (which got him 25 years) was very compelling, even implicating HIMSELF in the murder in order to get out what JP had done.
DO ANY of you REALLY think someone would implicate themselves in a murder if it wasn't true!? EVEN if he got an "un-fair" trial, he murdered a man, chopped up his body, burned it, and all for the thrill of killing someone, he needs to rot in 23 hour a day lock down, plain and simple.

ARE YOU SERIOUS ??

Her "Wiretaps" alone are enough to show her guilt.

Then her letters, pretending to be "The Killer Who Really Did It" that she wrote & sent to the A.G.'s Office to throw cops off her trail.

Also, her husband's dismembered body parts were found inside Melanie McGuire's designer luggage wrapped in a blanket that had sewn into it, the name & design logo, of Melanie McGuire's place of employment.

I'm suprised this religious hate crime killer is still in jail. Usually blubber-lipped krakow ritual killer inbreds out there, are given a slap on the wrist at the local courthouse, issued a gps teather, issued a police auxillary badge, and live in front of an elementary school.

Yeah sorry, if he wanted to get away with it he shouldn't have included people. Now, he gets life in jail... That is America.
