Exactly. Let's spread some of this money we don't have among lawyers? Japan warned in 1980 that they graduate more engineers and USA graduates more lawyers. Who r the tech savvy manufacturers in world? Lawyers? We don't have money to run county let alone give it to legal wranglers. Do we make bulova here? R we luxury car markets kings!? We need to focus on getting jobs done taxpayers pay for. Not hire people and their cronies who try pretend they're worth ridiculous salaries on public dime. This includes cities too . Be Accountable!! Is that too much to ask?

Nakasone, Prime Minister of Japan, also said some things about Detroit that ultimately got him fired. He said Detroit was hurting it's future by downgrading the gene pool with too many inner city births of people with low intelligence.
