More vote buying, it's just the uninformed voter fails to understand this.<quoted text>Isn't it funny, that whatever the right wing accuses the left wing of doing, they are the ones actually doing it? Remember when they opposed Obamacare because it "put the government between you and your doctor"? How they want the government to keep it's hands off their healthcare? Of course, when they are in power, that's exactly what they do. These anti-abortion laws, whether it's requiring invasive ultrasounds or preventing medically-advised abortions, do exactly that. They put legal obstacles between the doctor and the patient in one of the most important, heart wrenching and life-altering decisions that a patient can face.
What business does the government have by telling doctor's how to do Their jobs? In what other field of medicine does the government require that are to be internally probed, as demanded by a legislator and not their doctor? Do you think women are stupid and need to be controlled by government.
How about them idiots that turned down the Violence Against Act? If you even have a women, I feel sorry for her.
Now why don't you show me where in the US Constitution the requirement is for the federal government to be involved in local and state criminal cases? I read the Constitution plenty of times, I've never seen this provision.
Much like hate crime laws that provide harsher sentencing for victims that are potential Democrat voters, this law does almost the exact same thing.
Our local and state courts can take care of themselves thank you. Some of us just happen to believe that the federal government need not control every aspect of our lives.
An abortion is not the most important, life altering, heart wrenching decision a patient can face; a heart transplant or kidney transplant is.
"If you want to keep your insurance plan--you can." Proven to be utter bull ship because most people get their coverage through their employer. Employers are dropping their coverage for their employees like flies. This is the first time in American history where people are "taxed" by the federal government for not buying something--especially something they don't even want.
Maybe when the Republicans regain power, they can tax those people who don't own firearms, or those who don't have X amount of their income in investments. How about those who don't contribute to donations to charity or religion? Let's tax all people who don't comply to a political agenda based on who is in power at the time!
