I agree with your 1st & 3rd sentences. But the dispatcher did NOT tell him not to follow Martin, the recording I heard was, "we don't want you to do that". Next, a dispatcher is NOT a person of lawful authority & can not give binding orders.(although it would seem wise to listen to a dispatcher). Then there's your claim that 'following'(which is NOT illegal) is the same as menacing. IF that were true, then there could be a lot of 'menacing' going on in shopping malls, school halls, sidewalks, parking lots etc.<quoted text> all the florida court did was make Zimmerman and martin pawns for the federal governments push for gun control. All people like yourself do is help them move those pawns. The boy committed no crime before zimmerman ( an adult mind you) decided to start following him, chasing him at one point. Even after he was told by a dispatcher not to. That's menacing andsome type of manslaughter.
Lastly, the 1st & only actual crime proven now that the trial testimony & evidence has been presented, is the ASSAULT that Martin committed when he attacked Zimmerman, breaking his nose & causing other injuries. The whole thing is very sad & the result of unwise decisions by Martin & Zimmerman.
