See in a free market the supply isn't controlled by a few people who decide how the supply is on the market. That's a monoply.
If corporations are people too than they are bad people who had a chance to raise the standard of living for the world. Instead they would like to see the bulk of uor population brought down to chinas standards.
corporations?

can a corporation operate with ZERO employees or OWNER?

since the answer is.....NO

then Corporations are people; and corporations that generate profit and pay taxes are good people.

the reason the treasury take in 2011 was at a 40 year low is because we are in a DEPRESSION you nimrod.

if you want to raise your standard of living..........get busy.

only you can raise your standard of living in a free market. only you.

corporations only purpose in life is to earn profit.

let's just keep it real.

Yes, generic at the store you shop at. But your insurance company would never dream of sending you to another pharmacy because they had cheaper generic medications. That's the point. Many people with coverage are unaware their insurance company is paying too much. Hell, if I had prescription coverage, I would have never looked into the cost of insulin. What would I care? I pay the same price no matter what it costs. I prefer to shop at my local drug store instead of going into the next suburb to shop at Wal-Mart.

Americans are responsible for that, not corporations. As a truck driver here in the Cleveland area, I've witnessed company after company leave Ohio. Some for southern states to break up the unions and others out of the country altogether to escape unions, taxation and regulations. None of those companies wanted to leave. But because of global competition, they had no choice.

Companies care much less about profit than they do growth. Or to put it another way, let's say you got a hold of a lot of money. Create your own scenario how you came into this wealth. Now you want to do the responsible thing with this money, so you research the market and find two companies that you are considering investments.

Both have conservative growth. One company has a 3.5% growth rate. The other 4.7%. Which company are you going to invest in? Before you answer, consider that the 3.5% growth company grosses 75 million per year, and the 4.7% growth company grosses 5 million a year. Does their gross earnings affect your decision? Of course it doesn't. You are concerned about your money and how it will grow--not the gross dollar amount of the company.

Since you feel that way as an investor with serious money, it's reasonable to assume other investors feel the same way. It's the job of the CEO to have favorable growth in their company so they can attract investors just like you.

Agree. Corporations have to answer to the stock holders unless they happen to be privately owned, even then the owners are stock holders. In the former statement, stock holders could be & likely are insurance companies, 401K & Roth retirement investors, even non-profit/charitable groups & your municipalities.
AND any expense that the corps need to incur to operate WILL be passed on to ever buys their product or pays for their services. Generally the average Joe & Jane. Anyone that does NOT realize or admit that is naive at best & in this case, being best is NOT good.

House Defuses Debt Ceiling Crisis:

House defusing debt ceiling crisis demands President, Vice President, and Governor, Representatives of US the Government, County Commissioners, Township Trustees, Mayors, City Council, School Administrators and Board Members.

Hold Union workers, consumers, taxpayers, and America’s grandchildren’s children, Government employees, Parents, Teachers, Veterans, Police, Firemen, and Fathers disqualified for affirmative action with white skin, Representatives deny Collective Bargaining Rights accountable.

To fund Illegal drug users and Immigrants, lottery, casino, and keno losers, unemployed Union workers replaced with nonunion workers, Human Traffickers, waitresses that pander for life for $2.00 per hour, slaves in tax abated enterprise zones, low-income child labor, consumers, and taxpayers, volunteers without wages, and nonunion workers willing to work for fewer wages than they can afford life. That pays with welfare checks, food stamps, housing vouchers, and Medicaid.

Pay property tax on state appraised value of their American Dream to fund schools. Pay bank interest on purchase price of American Dream for 30 years. Pay interest on lottery winners winnings Legislators invest in school bonds, Pay for all stimulus packages, tax abatements, tax incentives, tax refunds, tax credit, and tax exemptions.

Pay sales tax on the more stock dividends (money) OPEC Nations, Enron Stockholders, Wal-Mart Stockholders, Hillarys, Chinese, Foreign and Domestic Investors and Stockholders (money marketers) market quarterly. In the wholesale and retail price of every product and service Human Beings use for life. And School Boards and Government needs to build, maintain and operate schools, infrastructure, and provide local and national security, and Government services. That gets only product or service.

Needed to measure and maintain the strength and growth of this UNAFFORDABLE economy and distribute money Human Beings cannot digest, burn in internal combustion engines, or burn to heat and cool their American Dream. Into OPEC Nations, Enron Stockholders, Wal-Mart Stockholders, Hillarys, Chinese, Foreign and Domestic Investors and Stockholders portfolios.

Defying USA Labor Law, the Constitution, and Realities demands makes it IMPOSSIBLE for President and Congress to avoid fiscal cliff; is bankrupting USA. Makes free, fair, and affordable commerce IMPOSSIBLE; Makes funding schools IMPOSSIBLE; Makes balancing every budget IMPOSSIBLE; Makes Union workers, consumers, taxpayers, and Americas grandchildren's children life UNAFFORDABLE; and created Ohio’s $1.35 trillion budget deficit, the $40 trillion social security and the $16 trillion national debt. America’s grandchildren’s children are responsible to pay Chinese, Foreign and Domestic Investors and Stockholders interest with this debt until they are 18 years old.

America’s grandchildren’s children cannot afford life and pay this debt with the $7.25 per hour Government mandated labor wage in a hundred million years.

It is time for the people to get the country back to the way it was years ago. Vote out all the ones who have been in office for a long time (change the term limit). Make the electors follow the laws we have now (make them cite, put in jail, try them in court) if they don't fire them for not doing their job. The cities need the money and the law officers are not earning their money or the money the cities need to stay above water. We don't need any new laws because they don't enforce the ones we have now. But we need someone that is going to enforce the ones we have now (that means getting a better prosecutor), it also means hiring new Deputies that know the laws and want to do the paper work when they cite someone. It also means getting a new Sheriff that is qualified, and make them prove it. Be aware of what the elected officials are doing and voice your opinion to let them know what the public wants.

Also start a new thread because 2010 is over.

score card........

NRA membership has added over 500,000 new members added in last 60 days.

Unions have the least amount of members since 70's; and 10% of population is a union member. By 2020 Union membership will only have 6% of the population as members.

By 2020 the NRA may double membership level from 2012.
