Susan Warren of Elyria had originally been charged with burglary for breaking into a Westlake home on May 22, cleaning it and leaving a $75 bill.

no name, I don't think the point of this crime is whether or not she would have hurt anyone; the point is that by intruding into someone else's home uninvited, she violated their sense of security and privacy.
The state, as a rule, cannot allow this type of behavior. Although she might not hurt anyone, that doesn't mean a homeowner, who would have no idea who she is, might shoot at her for invading their home. http://lawblog.legalmatch.com/2012/11/16/clea... |
