Its going to be 12 employees, which is not enough. There is still plenty of fat to be cut next year.

ever check to see what goes on in schools in westchester county: dance teacher, latin teacher in middle school, mandarin in high school, full time performing arts teacher, so cutting 12 psotions is impressive maybe we could teach readin, rightin, rithmatik. So its ok for NYS to have unequal education across the state. It is ok to have nothing but the basics, its ok to have low, very low expectations for students and program, great!

So move to Westchester county and take your family and friends with you, we don't have the revenue to pay for programs like that. We need lower taxes to live. Do you understand: live.

Yes, taxpayers should leave. Give Westfield resident more of the burden. Let the innocent suffer. Our children deserve the worst. I want to invest in low taxes now, so I can support the under-educated with public assistance later. Great idea.

I agree childhood obesity is a real problem, but I not sure if I want unemployed teachers doing liposuction on our kids.

Kids fail today because they are lazy. With the programs in place no student should graduate High School without 15-20 hours of college course, yet they do. Its called lazy. Cities have drop out rates of 50-60 percent, why > lazy.

If you check their parents are also lazy. They think they are teaching their child something by trying to screw the system by getting on public assistance. They don't get on public assistance because they want too, they do so because they are lazy.

Life was not suppose to be perfect for everyone, some make it while others fail. Failure in the world of eduation today is because the students and parents are lazy. Never in the history of the USA has there been more programs and more failures. It doesn't take much more then parent staying married and taking care of their children to make good students, that is the key. No amount of money blown on education is going to take care of that problem, it starts at home and ends there. Its sad school are now force to provide breakfast to student, WHY? Is that really part of the educational experience? Is dinner and living at school next?

The small amount of real taxpayers left have figured this out and and are sick of being scr e wed by lies that more taxes and babysitting will cure the problem.

I like my 10th grade education, sitting at home all day and my monthly paycheck from the state. What is wrong with that? My mommy and daddy did it why not me.

merge the small schools westfield residents have to get off of their high horse and quit looking down thier noses and merge you are no better than anyone else. the only thing that has saved the town was welches being there. any town can suceed with businesses but it is all drying up so start cutting more and merge all the small schools and educate the kids and they are right the PARENTS need to be responsible for thier children and push them to succeed in school don't blame the schools and teachers

I cannot wait to pay them 73 months of employment for school employees not to work. I would rather pay tfor unemployment benefits than for actual work anyday. This is the best use of our money.

It's about "ime"? Insurance Medical Exams. Life insurance is important, but what does that have to do with pink slips?

What channel? I love the traditional music of Zimbabwe, but I think it is spelled with a K.
