$800,000 homes can't get anymore than $145,000
in a sale, if they are lucky enough to find
a buyer. Homes in the $250,000-to-$400,000
price range are REAL losers to sell.

Wow....you really are misinformed. I've sold numerous homes in the past 12 months below 500K in Carmel for at least what they sold for 5 years ago and some for more. You really ought to get a fact check on your opinion.

The Carmel Indiana housing is REALLY DEAD!!!
Estridge Homes Inc. FIASCO "did in" the Carmel
And there you have it. Estridge-built dwellings
ARE JUNK!! In alm most cases, it takes
a minimum of $30,000 PER HOUSE of new rebuiling
costs and repairs.
In Carmel Indiana, sales are 80% in sales
LOSSES per house, IF you can find a buyer.
Again, live with it!!
