$800,000 homes can't get anymore than $145,000
in a sale, if they are lucky enough to find
a buyer. Homes in the $250,000-to-$400,000
price range are REAL losers to sell.

The "Brainard vision" is DEAD along with Carmel
Indiana's VERY DEAD Real Estate market.!!
In Carmel Indiana, a 80% loss in a home sale
is very common.

Wow....you really are misinformed. I've sold numerous homes in the past 12 months below 500K in Carmel for at least what they sold for 5 years ago and some for more. You really ought to get a fact check on your opinion.

ARE JUNK!! In alm most cases, it takes
a minimum of $30,000 PER HOUSE of new rebuiling
costs and repairs.
In Carmel Indiana, sales are 80% in sales
LOSSES per house, IF you can find a buyer.
