Carmel-CRC CANNOT get any more financing from
any bank in Carmel Indiana. Bank of Indianapolis
will lend NO MORE MONEY to Carmel Indiana
or to the Carmel-CRC.

NO MORE BIG BUCKS for failing Carmel-PALLADIUM!!
The Carmel Tax-payers are now "on the hook"
for $26,000,000 at 10.75% Interest--mostly from
Carmel-CRC funding of the Carmel-PALLADIUM.

Carmel had been financing PAUL ESTRIDGE Homes
Inc. Over $123,000,000 "down the hole".
Carmel Tax-Payers now stuck with this super-debt too.

Carmel Indiana is "ALL BORROWED OUT"!!

Brainard, and Carmel Indiana, are in one
Hell of a mess!!

When Brainard finally "goes down for the
big one' he will BLAME everyone but his
own miserable self. Cowards usually do!!

Yhis should be a warning to clowns like Andy-boy
Cook. Westfield Indiana is living beyond it's
means. Another pimp-squeak town living a LIE!!
