The Carmel Water and Sewage Depts' now say that
each Carmel Home uses at least 10,000 Gallons
per month, or 120,000 Gallons of Water per year!
So, get ready to see YOUR monthly Carmel Indiana water bill
go from $40.00 a month, to $135.00 per month.
How about MORE Big Money on the Carmel-PALLADIUM?
Forget about the Carmel-City water supply.
After all, "mayor" Brainard says it's the "Palladium first"!!

So EACH and EVERY HOME in Carmel Indiana uses
10,000 Gallons of water, each month??
What is the Carmel Water and Sewage Dept.
Other pieces of propoganda says "only 8,000
Water Gallons--per home, in every Carmel Ind. month".
This is MORE B.S. rip-off propaganda from
Brainard's political machine.
TOTAL and COMPLETE mis-Management, BRAINARD-STYLE.
Oh yes, the Carmel-PALLADIUM comes "first".

The Carmel Indiana city business monthly
water rates have gone up 76% in the last
NO END in sight.
No new water supplies until 2013-2014 in Carmel Indiana. Worse for Carmel Indiana homeowners!!
