something tells me you need it for deer hunting.
One of my Uzi's is a Semi-mini carbine in 9MM, legal for deer hunting in my state and fairly accurate to 100 meters. My full auto Uzis are not legal for hunting in my state, nor are my SBR AR15s, SBS shotguns, but silencers are legal for hunting, however.

Bow hunting doesn't require more firearm skill and you can't use a bow during "gun" season, sorry.

I don't see locations of posters on the mobil version of topix, Bow hunting is the entire season of deer in Ohio, with a few designated days / weekends etc for shotguns, hand guns and muzzle loaders.

You can shoot yourself in the hand with a hand gun...try a handigun or a handgun, instead.

Hopefully, someday, you will learn to actually hit something with it. And I don't mean when you use it like a stick.

What a backward little state you live in. We can use bows anytime we can use guns. So sorry for you. Perhaps you should practice more with your uzi.

Talk about a straw man argument ...
..and your argument my friend?..that it's fine for irreponsible people (anyone for that matter) to own deadly weapons?

And you think you can legislate responsibility? Hasn't happened since the dawn of man.

Unlike yourself, I don't pretend to read minds. Rather, I make my determinations based upon actions.
.
Until someone does a thing, itself which rises to judicial notice, then that person has every right to possess any object he darned well pleases.
.
You, it would seem, have it in mind to declare everyone a criminal, and thence make them prove their innocence.
.
Indeed, this quote aptly applies:
覧覧覧覧覧
"False is the idea of utility that sacrifices a thousand real advantages for one imaginary or trifling inconvenience; that would take fire from man because it burns, and water because one may drown in it; that has no remedy for evils, except destruction. The laws that forbid the carrying of arms are laws of such a nature. They disarm those only who are neither inclined nor determined to commit crimes. Can it be supposed that those who have the courage to violate the most sacred laws of humanity, will respect the less important arbitrary ones....and which, if strictly obeyed would put a end to personal liberty?....Such laws make things worse for the assaulted and better for the assailants; They serve rather to encourage than to prevent homicides, for an unarmed man may be attacked with greater confidence than a armed man."
.
~ Thomas Jefferson (quoting Cesare Bonesana, Marchese Beccaria, 1738-1794)

You are trying to solve the wrong problem.

Assuming they have thought control where you are from, we presume that most people will behave.
Now, people that behave irresponsibly, with or without a gun, get punished here for, well, misbehaving and actually hurting someone.

Perhaps on your planet, you punish people that are going to behave irresponsibly, before they misbehave, but we don't have those handy gadgets here.

So, until we know who is going to misbehave, we have no problem "allowing" anyone to exercise their rights, even if you have a problem with that.

Perhaps you should just avoid people here, since you have this fear that someone irresponsible will be near you.

And to add a little more fear to your paranoia. Any form of gun control that only affects law abiding citizens only allow those that choose to be irresponsible to enjoy helpless victims zones.

You can ask any of those people on that Island in Norway where one man was able to shoot 60 people, one by one, because idiots like you are afraid of law abiding citizens with guns.

Only a gun allows the most helpless among us to stop deadly predators.
http://thearmedcitizen.com/

Why do you want to ensure that the most helpless among us remain that way?
Why are you so willing to see helpless people die on your alter of gun control?
