I haven't found a need for a silencer..........yet. But that doesn't mean I believe they should be banned.

ita, I also think that doctors should not be able to invest in pharmacutical companies stocks as it is a conflict of interest. They will push drugs in order to raise the stocks of those companies.

My LDL went from 119 to 80 in one year.
granted, I did eat less sausage.
Well an MD kept my mother-in-law on Statin drug even after muscle break down and liver problems and prescribed darvacet for the pain which with the generic tylanol in in the darvacet accelerated the liver damage and damaged the kidneys. She has since passed on. She would have lived longer washing down saugage sandwiches with Jack Daniels... or at least been in less pain and been happier

While it is very true that stains can cause harm, they also provide great benefit.
Kind of like guns.
If you need a stain, just make sure you report muscle soreness and get those liver enzymes checked.
It is all about the risk and benefit.
I have mild concern of people that are prescribed statins before a cardiac event.
They are certainly worth the risk after you have survived an MI.
There is some research on a super statin, that can actually reverse atherosclerosis.
Now that would be helpful.
Get your LDL under 100.
If you have Coronary Artery Disease, get it under 70.
LDL cholesterol CAUSES CAD.
Everything else is a risk factor.
Work on the cause, then work on the risks.
So-called 'modern medicine' is based upon symptomatic relief instead of aiming at the cause.
.
It bothers me that many —dare I say most— MD's are most inclined to prescribe a course of medication rather than spend the time with the patient to discover the REAL cause of the malady and work from that angle to render REAL, TRUE, and PERMANENT relief.
.
Here, check this out: Most recently, I viewed a video made in Australia which addresses the very MAJOR concerns of water fluoridation.
.
It seems that there are indeed many people whom are severly allergic to fluorides, and have developed medical conditions as a result of the mandatory fluoridation of all the public water supplies.
.
At first, nobody had a clue about all the various manifestations which were cropping up, and the only thing their medical doctors were doing was prescribing a course of medications.
.
So there you have a problem which MULTIPLIES the original problem: Doctors whom are prescribing MORE TOXIC substances to address a problem which was caused BY A TOXIC SUBSTANCE to begin with, thereby COMPOUNDING the original situation.
.
And imagine this: BIG PHARMA actually FULLY SUPPORTS fluoridation. Big surprise there, eh?
.
In the case you might happen to miss that message: MAKE THE PEOPLE SICK in order that they MUST resort to putting MORE SHIT IN THEIR SYSTEM in order to find a measure of relief, ONLY TO GET MORE SICK later on.
.
Take the time to watch the following video. It's over two hours long, but it quite informative.

That wasn't a MD. Rather it was a freaking quack being paid a kickback by BIG PHARMA to push drugs.

Take due and careful note of the CARBOHYDRATE level: ALMOST 90%

If —IF— you're wanting to lose weight, then STAY AWAY from processed foods, especially grains.

I was comparing them to the other cereals. Never knew it was so bad on the carbs which the body turns into sugar. However, if it helps lower cholesterol, I'd still pick it over pharmaceuticals.

Regarding cholesterol, you NEED to read the following.
.
But you must first sign-up —which doesn't cost anything— and you'll be able to read what you NEED to read about cholesterol.
.
http://articles.mercola.com/sites/articles/ar...
.
Here's an excerpt:
—————
Cholesterol is Your Friend, Not Your Enemy

Before we continue, I really would like you to get your mind around this concept.

In the United States, the idea that cholesterol is evil is very much engrained in most people"s minds. But this is a very harmful myth that needs to be put to rest right now.

"First and foremost," Dr. Rosedale points out, "cholesterol is a vital component of every cell membrane on Earth. In other words, there is no life on Earth that can live without cholesterol.

That will automatically tell you that, in and of itself, it cannot be evil. In fact, it is one of our best friends.

We would not be here without it. No wonder lowering cholesterol too much increases one"s risk of dying. Cholesterol is also a precursor to all of the steroid hormones. You cannot make estrogen, testosterone, cortisone, and a host of other vital hormones without cholesterol."
—————
.
And PLEASE DO keep this in mind: Cholesterol lowering drugs are BIG BUSINESS for BIG PHARMA.

And drowning!!!! Are you all aware how many people drown every year and the medical costs thus incurred? Obviously water needs to be a schedule 1 controlled substance. It's too dangerous for anyone but the government to possess. You know I'm right, do it for the children.

All the more reason to be suspicious of all drugs and big pharma companies. I hate them more and more everyday. Google Maryanne Godboldo. It will make you sick to your stomach what they are doing to us and our children.

Uh oh. Don't give them any ideas. Public beaches are closed by the govt anytime it feels the need to exercise some control.

Who do you think owns the natural bodies of water ? Govt or we the people ?

I heard they are going to start making bullets that won't fire after three months, something to do with the primer-probally so people can't stockpile.Last year I said they were going to start taxing people by how far they drive(mileage tax.)I was watching the news this morning and they are starting to do that in California.
