Ya, it's sad how much time DT's spend on stalking prostitutes, following them home, chasing them on the internet hoping to catch a lil bit of evidence in writing. "do you do fetishes" or "do you see virgins" it's ridiculous the time and money they spend taunting n chasing women- Taking them out to dinner paying for the food on the tax payers dollars, and drinking beer to boot, lying to get a girl in the sack, when she knows not to talk about money or sex, they still end up busting her for going out to dinner with him. Took 6 Officers to bust one prostitute over dinner. They just got tired of chasing her. So they lied to do it.

Westerville police are overstaffed and overpaid and that is why we are pulled over for such things as missing hubcaps. I think we should create a consulting llc that tracks and monitors police activity. Hire people to follow the officers around town to video and document their entire shift. This will show the city how the money is really being spent and where to start cutting back. This will keep the officers in line and courteous to all the public. Also, put every officer on 100% commission only. No more salaries, pensions and healthcare. Each officer will get a percentage of each ticket written. The Westerville police is known for pulling over anyone for anything, so they should have no problem meeting monthly quotas in which they will get paid one time a month. Performance should also be a part of their pay, if the officers were bullying or harrassing public citizens then they receive points and points can equal up to loss of commission. This concept will be able to save the city money and help lower taxes too. Every week all the video and documentation of each officer will be put onto a public website for viewing.

Congrats on the superb work of Westerville Police for there continued efforts on pulling over innocent drivers in their silk uniforms and expensive cars and not paying any attention to the actual crimes in Westerville! This was posted on nbc4 today:
At Least 13 Cars Broken Into Near Westerville Schools 12/09/2011 4:17 PM
The teachers of Westerville are loosing their jobs due to lack of funding, yet the po po are overstaffed with over 18+ officers and $40k+ police cars.
90% of the schools in westerville have had cars broken into this year.
In my opinion we should get rid of all the Westerville police and start fresh by outsourcing the police from another city. This will drive more revenue to the schools and also help protect the citizens better by having more accountable police officers that would actually care about our city!
