OK, first of all let's get though the issues with our economy first. I can just see if now the city will allow these big developers come in and build their buildings give them huge tax abatements and then rent it for 6 months until the business fails and then it sits vacant for years, we are already seeing that in a couple of buildings just down the street from that location. I am OK with this I think it just has to wait for a while and NO huge tax abatements or any for that matter. Leave those for the large corporations who actually want to build something and create jobs, these developers rely on other's to create jobs. Also, how about this, the school district wanting 2000 more square feet for storage, how about selling some of their stuff to generate income to help with the taxes they want to charge us over the next three years thru levies.
