It is referred to Little Ivy league because it is inferior to the Ivy League.
Regarding Bush and Romney, by your definition, I have a superior education to Bush and an equal education with Romney. I would never refer to either of them as "ditzes."
Not inferior...smaller:

"The NESCAC is an acronym that every Conn student knows. This stands for the New England Small College Athletic Conference, which is a NCAA Division III athletic conference, consisting of eleven highly selective liberal arts schools: Amherst, Bates, Bowdoin, Colby, Colgate, Conn, Hamilton, Haverford, Middlebury, Swarthmore, Trinity, Tufts, Vassar, Wesleyan and Williams. Most of these colleges are also members of the Hidden Ivies, which are institutions that rival the Ivy League with their academic competitiveness and admission selectivity.

According to most sources, the NESCAC schools are also considered the Little Ivies. The “Little Ivies” is not an official group. The phrase seemingly refers to small, old, selective and competitive liberal arts schools in the Northeast"

As far as Romney, your education is inferior by your own logic as you didn't go to an Ivy League school.

Well, how about this? Pick whose logic you want to apply and I will answer the question again. But the "logic" applies for everyone equally. I know you have a hard time with that.

Did nobody else notice that the end result of the compromise is that women still get contraception for free?

If religious not for profits opt out, their insurance companies are the ones that provide it without out of pocket payments.

I think it's pretty win/win. Religious nonprofits aren't technically paying for something they're not comfortable with, women still get full coverage.

No, it still sucks, until the mandates go away for everyone.

What you are referring to is the previous "compromise", this one added some more exemptions, but it will still result in cost increases in premiums.

Be careful Paco. You'll get dizzy and fall, thereby becoming one of Tippy's statistical data points.

When one of them (bush or romeny) stand in front of the country and state that the government needs to take money from someone and purchase condoms so they can sleep around safely please feel free to start calling them ditzes and anything else you can imagine.
