Man sent to prison on drug charges
Dwayne Dingess , 37, of Westerville, was sentenced to 2 ½ years in prison and a one-year license suspension for trafficking in drugs and possession of drugs.

i witnessed this guy being pulled over when this happened. not sure why they pulled him over. probably because he was a big black guy in russells point. the cops made a huge scene out of it. i think i remember seeing 2 or 3 cop cars with his car. this man should have known better than to be black and in possesion of drugs in russells point.
