Westerville mother upset over police handling of school kids
Police in central Ohio went "over the top" when they handcuffed and placed an 8-year-old boy and 7-year-old girl in a holding cell after an incident on a school bus, a lawyer for their mother said Wednesday.

Hmm. Article too short. Depends how violent the kids were. But otherwise; It's probably not a good idea to handcuff and jail kids. Enforcement/parents discipline should come first in the neighborhood.
Police need to take a chill pill. The power trips have to stop. It's making citizens less likely to trust them.
