I am trying to raise money for my two daughters. For clothes for school mostly but transportation and other things would be nice as well. My youngest is sabra, 5 in October. Angelique is 6 years old. Sabra has cerapal palsy and has alot going on with that. Has a hard tim communicating and is set back a little but she is doing very well with it. Coming along great. Going to a school for mrdd children for the second year. Angel is going to be going to first grade this year and has alos had a rough life but its got alot better than it was before. I seen this site and dont really know much about it but if it will help me get things that my kids deserve but I cannot provide as good as I would like. Than I thought it might be worth a shot. Also we live at gma and gpaws house. I am a 26 year old single father currently trying to do online schooling to better myself as well. If there is anything else you would like to know just ask. Thank you all.

"Sabra has cerapal palsy..."

One would think that the parent of a child afflicted with such a horrible condition would know how to spell it.

So much easier than the interstate exit ramp.

If you are in genuine need of food/school supply assistance for your children, contact a local church.

I had someone come up to me at a speedway (muzzie) asking for money so they could buy their mother some medicine. Of course I waved them off, but they drove over to the store and i noticed they were asking someone else while puffing away on their cancer sticks. I figured if they had money to pay for cancer sticks at 6 dollars a pack, they have money to buy dear old mom some meds.

Yep. That isn't even, oops I hit the next wrong letter worthy. As a medical professional, I'm sorry for those that actually suffer from cerebral palsy and need help.

I had to get gas near the casino, no I do not gamble, just giving a location. A woman approached me with a sob story that she was trying to get to Children's Hospital and needed gas money to be with her daughter. I waved her off. The employees, when I went it to pay, apologized that she harassed me. Call the police, have her removed if you know she is bugging your customers.

According to Google its an 8 mile walk from Westland to Children's and she can do it in 2 1/2 hours. The bus is also cheap enough.

I feel bad for you if your story is true, however you really couldn't of picked a worse sight to try to get money or sympathy. The so called "men" that answered you already as you can see are self centered morons. I would try a church.

Why don't you give him some money then?

But save enough for spelling lessons for yourself.

But begging for money online isn't self-centered, right?

Thanks for the advice. Everyone that did care to actually believe the story. and I am not going to write my entire life story and that I have problems getting a job and why. But at least im not doing anything illegal and risking getting taken away from my kids I though that this was the way to go about it. But im guessing not. And the guy with the pimp picture go f-ck yourself. Thank you very much....

You can't prove you're for real. Anybody can post a sad tale along with a couple pics of some dirty-face kids while claiming the need food & clothes. The kids could be friends, relatives or just random pics snagged online.

read this link

http://www.pascenter.org/pas_users/ask_mike/a...

If your child has "Cerebral Palsy" and you are a single parent,
there are directions to a web site that will tell you how to be paid for being a full time care giver.

In addition there is a link to directions for other forms of aid that you are eligible for.

These are public programs paid for by folks who pay taxes and in some cases additional aid is available through charitable organizations.

A Google search will identify more opportunities as well.

Good luck with schooling.

I could not help but notice when I read your add that you live with your grand-parents and are attending an on line school.

Unless the grand parents are unable to assist with care, is there some reason you have not looked for a job?

I was going to toss a benjamin into the pot until I read the above comment. I don't have any sympathy for a person who asks for help and then turns around and tells someone to go f himself.
