Who ever said a complete turnover was a bad thing?

Based on the level of incompetence displayed by the current crop of yahoos in Council and the Mayors office we're in desperate need for wiping the deck clean and starting over. After all, we can't get any worse.

Remember this is the same group of incompetents who deferred tough budget decisions to the CFAC group also known as Chosen Friends Affirming Council who recommended placing an income tax on the November ballot. Recall this Council authorized the purchase of a moderately run down office building at 181 Granville St across from Schull Ave for nearly 700 thousand dollars. Don't forget this Council bought a 100 year old building on Mill St that sits on a lot the size of a postage stamp for 340 thousand dollars so they can designate it an herb center.

Lastly, don't forget this Council and the Mayor are now surprised that they are going to be a hundred thousand dollars in the red this year when the well-telegraphed cuts Kasich based his campaign on finally manifest themselves in the latest State biennial budget just signed into law this past month.

Sheer incompetence from this group of whackos. Local municipalities should not be basing their budget on state aid. Learn to live within your means, Council. Time to vote them all out and start anew with fresh faces. Perhaps we should make sure the new bunch is adept at simple addition and subtraction so we don't find ourselves running budget deficits as far as the eye can see.
