Attorney general files lawsuit over beach access

The attorney general is right: the 1909 map does show a separate beach area; unfortunately, that area is now completely underwater! The mean-high-tideline is the accepted demarcation line between public and private property (despite the feelings of RI coastal resources) and should be re-established along this disputed beach front!
