THIS MAN has AMNESIA.
He could be from Colorado. He was savagely beaten August 31, 2004 in Richmond Hill, Georgia.
He could have been in Georgia on a business trip, a vacation, or maybe moving to the east coast. Please see his case/doe file and watch the video, below. If you recognize him, leave a message here, or contact FBI - Savannah, GA - Agent Bill Kirkconnell, thanks.
