I have a hole in the top of my shed ,can some body call public works and tell them to fix it. Oh by the way I will pay them because I was out of town during the election so I couldn't vote for the Coalition.

I want some of that free fast and easy. WOW!

All kidding aside if you really think about it, it might not be a bad idea to use the employees of our village to perform small jobs for the residents, that would be an excellent source of revenue. It could also be a handy woman service.

Thanks for the photo Koz! You and the three bumbling Mousketeers are sure busy these days. Speaking of public works doing jobs for residents how's that fence Jerry Carter got installed holding up?

It looks good,it probably could use a coat of paint. That was nice of the Mayor to set that up with public works to do that for such a fine and giving resident.By the way my deck could use a coat of stain,do you know how much the Village of Justice Handyman Service (VOJHS) charges for such a task.(Oh it's about 400 sq. ft.)

Should probably ask the previous board what Jerry paid for his fence. I'm sure your deck would be cheaper. Kinga or Mary could probably give you an idea on what jerry paid.

I asked them and they told me Mayor Kris made the deal without any input from the board. I guess you can say that he is the CEO of The Village of Justice Handyman Service (VOJHS) He does all these favors without the need of telling the board. "ITS GOOD TO BE THE KING".

Hey Carter used public works to put up the fence in his yard. Did he ever produce the check proving he paid for the services?

So this is not news

The PVP administration started this "Public Works for Hire" program when they allowed the former Chief of staff, and their campaign guy, Jerry to get a fence put up by public works.

They set the bar for allowing this to happen, and we should be asking, Mary M, since she was over public works at the time, how this was allowed to happen. Then maybe the trustee in charge of finance, Kinga, if that check ever cleared.

If Kozlowski et all are unhappy about the Handyman service then they need to ask the people that they ran with on their ticket why this was started.

The biggest complaint is that there isn't good relationships with businesses in town, wasn't that koslowski's big thing when he was running? So if PW assists a business with something, and the business pays for the service that seems to only help strengthen the relationships.

The PVP seemingly have a set of double standards, one thing for theirs, and another for everyone else.

Instead of spending all your time following the public works trucks around and playing with paintshop how about actually doing something productive for the community? we are all tired of this whining and fighting. For people that thought they could run the village better this is a pretty sad example of what you do instead.

Ask the village webmaster about the photoshop, he is the expert in town, don't believe me? ask his friend the mayor.

Carter was the mayors chief of staff. Wasowiz approved the fence and then when the board found out they had him pay for it. Wasowiz takes care of his own.

Call John Koslowski, not only does he want to be Mayor, he'll cut your lawn for votes! He's a real public servant. Maybe the woodworker at the park district can fix your steps too.
