You might talk to neighbors in your building but if you were trying to reach another condo owner just 2 blocks away you wouldn't be able to get in either. You want privacy and you are getting it . Most campaigns mail to you. And CR isn't a city. It is a village. There are no alderman. Just trustees at large.
And - it's entirely possible for a candidate to speak to condo owners. They contact the condo HOA and schedule a time to come and meet with the residents of the entire building. It's been done before. Trust me - I know a little about this.
