I've had enough. Slow / frequently down internet connections, Lousy TV reception and prices that seem to go up every month.
Is anyone else having the same internet/ cable problems as I am? Anyone using SBC/ATT DSL? I'm looking for good, RELIABLE alternatives,

Yes Comcast does suck badly i had their phone service, internet service and television all of which i have canceled.

the phone would stop working for about 3 days EVERY WEEKEND,they can get away with this because they are an entertainment company and not a phone company.

now i am using AT&T which is pretty stable not to mention they are not doing any kind of traffic shaping(blocking peer to peer protocols like comcast has been proven by the associated press to be doing)
i am going to use AT&T until FIOS is available in this area(FIOS is the fastest internet service available in the US currently and does not cosr hundreds od $ like your own T1 or T3 line would)

Visit www.ComcastYouSuck.com to find the satisfaction and happiness your seek.

Not only does the domain name itself put a smile on my face, there I found the best deal for satellite equipment, installation and programming service.

Whether it's local stations, movie channels or sport packages, you will find it all on satellite. Where do you think Comcast gets their signals?

The guy who installed my package is a local independent contractor who is competing for my repeat business -- not the random selected employee of a dysfunctional faceless corporation.

And if you happen to be seeking high-speed internet in an area restricted to dial-up, the direct satellite service is awesome.

i see nothing but a sales pitch with that comment. though i would have to agree with some of it. there are issues with all services. basicly = pick your poison.

some guy came to my door selling comcast and I signed up w/ a $40.00 deposit. He said I could cancel anytime even before the installation and get my money back. I changed my mind later that day and cancelled and have not seen my money yet. They keep giving me the run around about a check in the mail then it is we will credit it to your debit card. It has been over a month?

A comcast line in my neighborhood has a large stainless box on the line and the last idiot in there left it open. I think a few birds took residence in there. I hear they like chewing the wires up for their nests.

Happend to us too here in Chicago. Called Comcast, service came out and informed us that they WILL NOT fix the wires until WE had the nest removed. I called the city to remove the "pest Nest" but the city said they don't remove nests and we had to call a "professional." The "Professional" then told us that we had to find a Pest Removal service that had a special license to remove the nest. Needles to say....VERY IRRITATED and Comcast WILL NOT reimburse us for the cost of having someone come out and fix THEIR mistake. Once our contract is up, we're going to a different provider
