Commissioner Larry Mulvey said he had no clue, when a former detective says he has no clue that is trouble.
Deputy Chief Paul Clark was placed in charge of the lab. What qualifications does that hehave? He is a hearing officer and when he collided with a woman in his unmarked car the poor woman was arrested on a trumped up DWI. Still, Chief Clark has less on duty accidents than former 1st Deputy Commissioner Andrer "Mel" Kenney.
