Being a little older than most of the posters that I read, I can remember back in the sexually repressed 50's and 60's, Walt Disney himself kicked Annette off the Mickey Mouse Club when she started to develop (horrors) breasts. When she began to do those wonderful beach movies with Frankie, he forbade her to wear a bikini. In today's world, this incident is somewhat mild compared to the shenanigans of some of other celebrities antics. The girl is 18, and if the photos were stolen as claimed, let it go. I'm sure that we all have made some mistakes in our lives, and, hopefully, we learned from them as I believe she will learn from this one.

If that's what the American public schooling system is really like, then why do 9% of high school students drop out?

Wow Disney...great message for kids. In this entertainment world of Paris, Lindsay, Nicole, bratz dolls...I am so glad I don't have kids. I go to malls and see how parents let their girls dress and they are dressing more provocative than I am, and I'm 30! When I was their age, I thought wearing lipstick was a huge deal. But these girls today are wearing hooker-in-training outfits. So I guess in the end, Disney is just the lesser of all evils. Not to mention parents who let television raise their children instead of doing the job themselves.
Your comments are s-o-o-o refreshing!!! You are a RARE individual, unfortunately! Too bad you don't have children...obviously you would make a wonderful parent! People wonder why sexual crime is at an all time high and yet 'defend' their right and their children's desire to dress immodestly and provocatively. We live in a 'permissive', secular society and the result of such a 'sorry' state is 'loss' of freedom...such as children not being allowed to go out and play without worrying they will be stolen and molested. WAKE UP AMERICA!!!
