They should also look at regionalizing power and the library.

I am happy to share my brown water with other willing communities...does this mean we'll all get a price break or just get penalized more for conserving?

I had to get a whole house filter and find that I must change it every 4-weeks because of the heavy sediment in the water. What about giving those of use who have this extra expense a discount on our (increased) water/sewer bills?
so what

With all the snow this year, no doubt the water supply will be "overflowing", and people will use less water. "Justification" for another water rate hike :(

I stopped bathing because of the water shortage. I hope they lift the ban soon.

I tried flushing the system last summer by filling my swimming pool. Then I had a three year old in the neighborhood ask "How come you filled your pool with root beer"? It was funny ... but only for a couple of seconds.
water spin

Another attempt at water spin - Need to regionlize because of ever changing water regulations.- Leominster's problem is not due to changes in water regulations but if you keep spinning that it is then the real issue of mismanagment is forgotten.

What changes in regulation cause me to keep getting a notice in my water bill?
