The evidence that showed this woman had accused multiple boyfriends of rape in the past was not allowed to be presented. In most rape cases, testimony that speaks to a woman's modesty is not allowed. The mistake in this case was the testimony about her accusations of multiple rapes by boyfriends was not about her modesty but actually concerned her mental status. She will do this again and it will hurt all women as much as it hurts the man she accuses.

This case is deeply disturbing as injustice is directly out in the open and Mr. Pierce's face just keeps getting rubbed in it. It should call for public outcry as a few injustices on Cape have over the years. This woman is the lowest of the low and has been placed upon a pedestal for ruining the lives of several men and their families.
