For as long as I can remember, the experts have been cautioning us about thunderstorms.
We're supposed to unplug big appliances and stay away from windows. Don't use the telephone.
It just makes SENSE to stay away from
other electronic equipment during a storm.
I would like to put out an all-points bulletin in search of COMMON SENSE.
What kind of a chowderhead runs/jogs/walks in a thunderstorm?
Better to caution the IPOD organization that there are complete morons out there who will look at the IPOD as being a conductor- instead of THEIR own careless, brainless, behavior!!

Too bad, I guess he was not in the day they were teaching common sense of not being outside during thunderstorms (and not running too - probably where there were many trees)and not holding/using electronic devices. Maybe this guy is up for the Darwin Award as his actions thus far prove he's a front runner. Another plus for him is buying that POS phone that doesn't have adequate memeory, you can't change the battery on your own, etc. Heck he'll probably sue Apple for not warning him about the dangers of using the phone.
