This article is absolutely ridiculous, my brother did nothing wrong. God forbid he cut down trees and take an old ugly fence down. If the wetlands are so important than why do people only bring them up when they want to bring someone down? It's not like he was killing off animals or anything... people need to calm down. If it's that big of a deal he can plant some replacement trees and call it a day.
Your brother HELPED by cleaning the land! Bob and Gay just love to complain! I worked for a previous owner in that restuaraunt and I knew Bob and Gay! All they do is give everyone hell to scare them away. "They can't see to back out of their drivewy because people's cars block the view". They are just miserable people who have nothing better to do and have spent their lives in that house making hell for anyone who trys to start a business there and try to give us a place close to home with delicious food! Maybe your brother should get the previous owners together and press HARASSMENT charges!

Who cares if the food is tasty... anyone can make a hot dog.

Should prosecute the criminals.

If you can't do the time, don't do the crime.

P.S. don't get you little sister to come on the blogs and defend the criminals.

Well I believe if your going to run a food place you should follow the laws they have been serving food without a licence and that is illegal at most should be fined for that. I listen to all these people putting in what should be done, well if it was happening to you I think you would want people on your side, The law is twisted to benefit people in some crazy way but the law is the law which we all have to follow, so the town needs to follow the law and punish people when a crime has been commited. The question is have they commited a crime? I know some people are not happy about how they do things but lets be real people if you act like your untouchable or better then others you pay the price with hancuffs if not they will leave you alone
