I am encouraged to see that the victims and their relatives are prevailing in the lawsuit process. I have so many questions, though. Who is representing this group in court? And in the five years since this horrific tragedy, has any of the money been awarded? And if and when this money is awarded, has it been determined how it will be portioned out? How long do these families have to wait?

The trauma that these families cope with is so tremendous. There has to be some relief in sight to at least help with the overwhelming financial burdens they face.
