it really isnt there fault but its more publicity than anything on their part. yea its 21 million dollars but its going to hit the news and people will think about their product. its just some advertising and making them seem like a good company so people will buy their beer lol

it is really sad that anyone and everyone having to do with that club is being sued in this. Yes it is tragic, tragic beyond words. I knew several of the concert goers that night. Several made it out, and several did not. I do not think that holding the beer company responsible is the right way to go about it. How about the public services in that area... did they get off without answering as to how this happened. blame goes where it is deserved. However the beer promoter is not where it is deserved.

this is were our society has brought us. you always go for the people with the deep pockets regardless of fault.the companies would rather pay and have it go away than have there name dragged through the mud.

This whole thing has turned into a disgusting, depressing mess and has made so many people who had sympathy and empathy for the victims and their families change their minds and look at them in a different light. It's sad, because I'm one of them.

Going after so many companies because they have the deep pockets should be a crime, they weren't responsible. Those that were have been arrested. I guess they feel that all that money will make them forget what was lost. It won't.

I went to a dart turnament once. It was promoted by Budwieser,I drank a Miller beer. And I dropped a dart on my foot. My question is,, who's fault was this "accident" ??? and I'm an illegal alien,
Who do I sue for this ? Anheuser Busch, Miller brewing, or the Border Patrol ?
What a country!
OK, I made all that up.

Scumbag lawyers will make the most out of this. They will get $40M and the remaining $80M will be split by 300 victims.

This is why we need tort reform in this country.

with all these crazy outrages lawsuits, sueing people who had no control over situations, there should be a hearing into the excesssive profits of lawyers and law associations who bring suits. Most of the moneys paid in alot of these suits go to the lawyers who think them up and bring the suits. What a gig!!!

I think there was Benjamin Moore paint on the building we should sue them and the company that made the push button for the Pyro show, and they forgot the beer distributor for the beer taps, the refridgeration company because some of the drinks had ice in them and don't forget the company who made the banners, the toilet company, and the company that makes those urinal cakes, and the janatorial service that cleans the floors, the water company that provides water, and oops forgot the highway department because of the roads that lead to the building, and did they serve food there? and last but not least what about the people that make the tickets and the paper it's written on - the scum lawyers probably have millions more to make here.

You forgot the utility company. This would not have happened if they had not supplied electricity to the building.
