"I just feel that we're never going to get the answers we need that would put some of this to rest for us," said Chris Fontaine.
What more does this guy need to know: there was a fire, too many people in a small space, and 100 people died. I'd say the "answers" he is looking for is more money.

Every video of the fire I saw doesn't show sparks igniting the ceiling. Those pyrotechnics shot flames right-up at the ceiling like a pair of giant flamethrowers. The person who set-this up is solely responsible for what happened, since I can't imagine them not knowing how high these flames erupt.

But it was some roadie for White Snake. Problably had a Beavis Buthead style laugh.

So you think White Snake's roadies sabotaged Great White?

The worst part of this tragedy is that 100 people died listening to quite possibly the worst rock n roll band of all time. I suppose it could have been worse....it could have been the Spin Doctors.

This hits close to home because at least one of the victims of this fire was from Pennsylvania. I think this is garbage and these azzholes should have been charged with 1 count of murder for each life lost in the fire as well as been made to pay all medical bills on the survivors for the rest of their lives as restitution! These two men are murderers! They should have been given life in prison put to hard labor so they can earn money all of which would go to the victims. If they had installed the correct soundproof foam that was flameproof the pyrotechnics would not have burned the club down, if they had not told Great White's manager he could set off the pyrotechnics this would never have happened! I personally am a huge Great White fan and as such I think those who perished or were injured in this fire who were also Great White fans would agree that these two scumbags are the ones most at fault for that tragic fire at The Station nightclub in Rhode Island in 2003!!! If they had installed the correct soundoproofing that is flameproof & the pyrotechnic went off it would not have started a fire and the show would have went on as planned, after the show all the fans would have been saying things like "That was awesome","I love Great White, they played all my favorite songs",........ I do understand though that there has to be closure so you take what you can get in settlement.
Something needs to be done to close the loopholes in the law that lets scumbags like this get away with such crimes and then be protected under bankruptcy protection! You are MURDERERS! This fire was just one of the reasons Pennsylvania needs to check nightclubs better for building code violations and fire code violations and actually enforce them strictly. This should show the Pennsylvania Attorney General's office that some of these nightclub owners are scumbags and slumlords who fail to follow safety guidelines and who opperate nightclubs that do not meet or violate building code standards or fire code standards. In reflection its obvious that this town in Rhode Island either failed to inspect this club properly, inspected this club & let the violations go possibly in exchange for a payoff from the owners or inspected this club but failed to close this unsafe fire trap down. This is another case of slumlord nightclub owners! Too cheap to install the correct soundproofing then blame everyone else (notice they did not admit any wrong doing) when a fire happens. God only knows what other building code violations existed at that club before the fire that the fire department will never know about because the fire destroyed the evidence.
This sounds like something that would happen at Crocodile Rock Cafe. Knowing what a slumlord that clubs owner Joe Clark is something is bound to happen. Like when his previous club D.J. Bananas burned down! Luckily no one died in that nightclub fire! Or like at the Megadeth concert where the fire marshall shut down the show because Crocodile Rock Cafe was in violation of fire codes. The building code & fire code violations at Crocodile Rock cafe that the city mysteriously claims no knowledge of or ignores (probably for a payoff),.... This sounds very much like the Joe Clark / Crocodile Rock Cafe situation. When a tragedy does happen everyone thank Joe Clarks friends mayor Ed Palowski, sheriff Ron Rossi and all the others who help Joe keep Croc's open.

Those bands who still play at Crocodile Rock Cafe and the few uninformed or brain dead people who go there take their lives into their hands every time they go there. Will you wait till something happens there or know a bad situation and stay away in the first place? They say an ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure!

Considering that Joe Clark's last club D.J. Bananas did burn down, the fire marshall did shut down a Megadeth show at Crocodile Rock Cafe for fire code violation,Joe Clark's infamous history as a slumlord,Joe's friends in Lehigh County courthouse who not only ignore Joe Clark's reputation, but actually help him keep his club open despite the numerous violations of building codes, fire codes, liquor codes,.......This does sound like something that would or could happen at Crocodile Rock Cafe. The sad part is most people are stupid and do not care! If everyone including the bands & fans had known ahead of time what an unsafe fire trap The Station nightclub was do you think it would have prevented the band from playing there or the fans going there to see the band? The answer sadly is: NO. Most bands know all about Crocodile Rock Cafe & Joe Clark, but does that stop some of them from playing there? Answer again sadly is: NO. All those bands care about is a payday which sometimes they do not get or they end up with equipment stolen by Crocodile Rock cafe employees like Cradle Of Filth's guitar player who had equipment stolen by a Crocodile Rock Cafe bouncer,...... Most of the few people who go to Crocodile Rock Cafe know all about Joe Clark and Crocodile Rock Cafe, but does it stop them from going there? Answer yet again sadly is: NO. So what it boils down to is Stupidity Kills! If a tragedy does happen at Crocodile Rock Cafe the victims do not deserve anything because they were aware of the danger yet put themself in danger anyway. If you are fully aware of a dangerous place yet you go to that dangerous place anyway YOU are to blame if anything happens and NO ONE ELSE! I know I have seen talk on here about a total boycott of Crocodile Rock Cafe and a total shunning of Joe Clark by the community and I agree & support the boycott/shunning of Crocodile Rock Cafe & the scumbag Joe Clark!
