This Town Council is absolutely inept and is unwilling to make the hard decisions- especially the useless one in Ward 5. The State came to West Warwick 5+ months ago and told the town the hard truth. Director of Revenue Giloogly blunthly stated "You don't need more meetings, you don't need more reports. You have all the information and numbers you need, act and act quicly or I will send a receiver into West Warwick." And what did our illustrious Council do? They waited and waited hoping to delay cuts until after the election. Great job you spineless wonders.
