Dan Thatcher has all the ingredients of a great public servant. Very nice guy with a lot of smarts and he understands what government is supposed to do and what it is not. One of the rising stars of Utah politics.

Brent Goodfellow has represented his district well. Hard core radicals may not be happy with all his votes, but they do not represent the majority of voters in his district. Brent is in touch with the needs of his district.

I vote for Brent. He is a great representative that listens to residents of his district.

I had the opportunity to speak with both candidates recently and was pleased with both parties and what they had to say. I believe that Dan Thatcher impressed me more with his ideas and direction for our community. I will be supporting him come November.

Brent has had his chance to implement his ideas to improve this state. What has he done? Daniel is not only qualified for this job he is eager to make the best state in the union even better. Give him a chance.

Danielo Thatcher will get things done, he is a mover and he will not sit and watch money roll in, he will support programs that we need and stand up to solve the problems that we face today. He is the man to take this race and give us what we need in district 12.

Having spoken with both of them I know my voice will be heard with Daniel Thatcher-and not just before election day.

Daniel Thatcher has actively worked for years in his neighborhood and community. He has specific plans for improving Utah. Travis is right. If Goodfellow had any good ideas, he would have done something by now. 26 years is long enough!

Daniel actually came to my door and listened patiently to my concerns. Before then I didn't even know who my senator was. Come to find out the other guy has been up there for nearly 30 years! And done what? Daniel Thatcher has my vote and I'm talking to everyone who will listen.

What has Thatcher done? As far as I can tell he is just another Republican Party insider that is taking his turn. We don't need an young ambitious legislator passing a bunch of new laws, we have enough laws already Thank you.

Dan Thatcher is a chronically unemployed freeloader. Goodfellow has my support.

the west side needs Daniel's wisdom and experience as a conservative businessman in a blue collar industry.

Thatcher is an arogant little Tea Bagger who just spouts off Republican rhetoric. Goodfellow is a calm intelligent man who understands the average voter in Tooele and doesn't win debates just by talking louder than his opponent.

Goodfellow is great at take money out of public education (TEC) and into his employer's pockets. Educate yourself before commenting and look at every time funding for TEC came up the last 4 years.

Daniel has the guts to stand up and say something when it needs to be done. He is a supporter of ridding the unincorporated areas of the disgraceful UPD fee. He has already run his bill by others in the Utah Legislature and has much support. He also agrees with giving rights back to the states.

This is completely uncalled for. Dan is no more chronically unemployed than any entrepreneur when he/she gets up in the morning. Skewing the facts is beneath any good Utah citizen!
