You cited this as evidence of your belief that President Obama is somehow wielding authority to "take away your freedoms" or some lunacy like that. It was a prosecution by the NLRB, an administrative agency over which the POTUS has no direct authority or oversight.
The point is, you don't understand enough about how our government is structured or how it operates to be making your wild claims of "dictatorial" rule.
When you do finally figure that out, you will realize just what I said: bureaucracies are nothing more than fall guys for politicians who wish to rule against the will of the public, and not suffer the political consequences of their actions.
If a President has no control over the agencies below him, then he is not fit to serve as President.
