Ceasar would do it thinking he could make jobs in a complete fail fail...
I guess that all depends on who owns the company manufacturing the tractors, doesn't it?

You cited this as evidence of your belief that President Obama is somehow wielding authority to "take away your freedoms" or some lunacy like that. It was a prosecution by the NLRB, an administrative agency over which the POTUS has no direct authority or oversight.

The point is, you don't understand enough about how our government is structured or how it operates to be making your wild claims of "dictatorial" rule.

but the boeing suit is a good example of the Employment Act of 1946
at work plus amended version which includes the Humphrey–Hawkins Full Employment Act, which the Act created the Council of Economic Advisors, attached to the White House, which provides analysis and recommendations, as well as the Joint Economic Committee. In practice the government has relied on automatic stabilizers and Federal Reserve policy for macroeconomic management, while the Council of Economic Advisers has focused primarily on microeconomic issues beside placing the responsibility of economic stability of inflation and unemployment onto the federal government Which Obama was acting within the Law.

Yeah, you seem to know so much now don't you? Half of your replies to me are "you don't know." But you are likely young and have had no exposure to real life. You don't need to be Einstein to figure out that the President has control over all bureaucracies, and that the President has great influence over their decisions.

When you do finally figure that out, you will realize just what I said: bureaucracies are nothing more than fall guys for politicians who wish to rule against the will of the public, and not suffer the political consequences of their actions.

If a President has no control over the agencies below him, then he is not fit to serve as President.

Best for Women:

It’s best for women; to hold men accountable to honor marriage contract. Demanding men honor USA Labor Law, The Constitution, and demands of Natural Law: what Mother Nature, God, or Whatever Power decreed to be the reality of the real world, democracy, capitalism, the US Constitution, and free, fair, and affordable commerce and common sense demands.

Demanding every Stockholder, corporation, farmer, business, outsourcer sweatshop, and nonprofit, tax-exempt, organization and Church; markets the cost in the wholesale and retail price of his or her product and service; of men produce every product and service women need to love, nurse, nurture, discipline, protect, and provide; for every child (job) they conceive. And every worker, consumer, and taxpayer's wages (union contract), investment and independent business profit. This enables every parent, worker, consumer, and taxpayer to pay healthcare insurance premium or pay healthcare provider. Pay ALL taxes and pay for every product and service they use for life. With money derived from wages, investment profit, and independent business profit. This enables every parent to educate, love, nurse, nurture, discipline, protect, and provide; for every child (job) they conceive. And fund schools, infrastructure, local and national security, government services, and etc.; with money derived from wages, investment profit, and independent business profit.

The majority of 53% of US the Government of this Representative Republic that vote and the 47% nonvoters that sit on their dead hands and whine; Successfully elected Obnoxious President, Governor, Representatives of US the Government, County Commissioners, Township Trustees, Mayors, City Council, School Administrators and Board Members.

That holds Government employees, Parents, Teachers, Veterans, Police, Firemen, and Fathers disqualified for affirmative action with white skin, Union workers, consumers, taxpayers, and America’s grandchildren’s children Representatives deny Collective Bargaining Rights accountable.

To fund Illegal drug users and Immigrants, lottery, casino, and keno losers, unemployed Union workers replaced with nonunion workers, Human Traffickers, waitresses that pander for life for $2.00 per hour, slaves in enterprise zones, low-income child labor, consumers, and taxpayers, volunteers without wages, and nonunion workers willing to work for fewer wages than they can afford life. That pays with welfare checks, food stamps, housing vouchers, and Medicaid.

Pay sales tax on the more stock dividends (money) OPEC Nations, Enron Stockholders, Wal-Mart Stockholders, Hillarys, Chinese, Foreign and Domestic Investors and Stockholders (money marketers) market quarterly. In the wholesale and retail price of every product and service Human Beings use for life. And School Boards and Government needs to build, maintain and operate schools, infrastructure, and provide local and national security, and Government services. That gets only product or service. Needed to measure and maintain the strength and growth of this UNAFFORDABLE economy

Defying USA Labor Law, the Constitution, and Realities demands is bankrupting USA. Makes free, fair, and affordable commerce IMPOSSIBLE; Makes funding schools IMPOSSIBLE; Makes balancing every budget IMPOSSIBLE; Makes women, Union workers, consumers, taxpayers, and Americas grandchildren's children life UNAFFORDABLE; and created Ohio’s $1.35 trillion budget deficit, the $40 trillion social security and the $16 trillion national debt. America’s grandchildren’s children are responsible to pay Chinese, Foreign and Domestic Investors and Stockholders interest with this debt until they are 18 years old.

America’s grandchildren’s children cannot afford life and pay this debt with the $7.25 per hour Government mandated labor wage in a hundred million years.

How about you read about the authority of the National Labor Relations Board, how its members are chosen, how the administrative process works and then get back to me on that. You will find that it is an autonomous agency that doesn't answer to the White House. Your conspiracy theories don't work here.

The National Labor Relations Board (NLRB) is an independent agency of the United States government charged with conducting elections for labor union representation and with investigating and remedying unfair labor practices. Unfair labor practices may involve union-related situations or instances of protected concerted activity. The NLRB is governed by a five-person board and a General Counsel, all of whom are appointed by the President with the consent of the Senate. Board members are appointed to five-year terms and the General Counsel is appointed to a four-year term. The General Counsel acts as a prosecutor and the Board acts as an appellate judicial body from decisions of administrative law judges.

The NLRB was established by Executive Order 6763 on June 29, 1934. Its first Chair was J. Warren Madden.

A predecessor organization, the National Labor Board, was established by the National Industrial Recovery Act in 1933, an act that was subsequently struck down by the Supreme Court.

So without going to your referenced website, who's on the Board now ? Who are/were they affiliated with before being appointed ?
Geoffery Emmelt, James Hoffa, Matt Damon, Cyndi Lauper ?

Liberals will make excuses for anything. Kind of like the way the protected John FFFF Kerry when he told a room full of college kids that only dopes end up in the military and fight wars like Iraq.

All these leftists are in the same bed tugging at each others ear. They would have never pulled this stunt if a Republican were in the White House. Democrats want to believe we are just as naive as they are.

NLRB tries to stop Boeing "Nope, not Obama 's fault." Guns were provided to dangerous Mexican drug lords "Nope, not Obama's fault." Five trillion more in additional debt "Nope, not Obama's fault." Over 8% unemployment "Nope, not Obama's fault." Lost our three star credit rating "Nope, not Obama's fault." Gasoline prices doubled since he took office "Nope, not Obama's fault."

I think that if we had a theme of DumBama's presidency, it should be it's not Obama's fault. That way Democrats can continue to hail him as a success.

That's about as relevant as me asking you to identify everything thats on the side door of your refrigerator

How about questions that would get to the heart of the issue, the Board's independence?

Like, "who are the board members, what are their backgrounds, who appointed them, and how long do they serve?
