Start naming names of all the dirty cops.

Also, it's not just the cops that are dirty in Adams County. It's also attorneys (even a few in the prosecutor's office), judge, etc., etc. Widespread corruption. They get away with it because we're a small county...and frankly, they count on the average citizen being too stupid/uninformed to know when their rights are being violated or abuses to the legal system are occurring.

Just watch as I predict this is what will unfold in Adams County in the very near future. The crackdown on drugs with more stings and sweeping nets with multiple arrests. Hey taxpayers, we need a new jail. The poor, overworked, martyred Judge complains he can't get his work done because his caseload is SOARING. Hey taxpayers, we need another Judge. But wait a minute, how many days out of the Courtroom has he been absent in the last year? Say, does anybody know if the Judge actually has a 'ghost' writer, researching case law and writing decisions for him?(Yep, taxpayers, we are getting hit with paying the Judge's salary PLUS for work-for-hire he farms out, while he bellyaches he can't keep up with the volume of cases.) It's a matter of public record, or should be. Taxpayers, be aware of what is really going on behind the scenes in Adams County. Remember the hospital fiasco. Wait until they hit us up for a new Jail. Or another Judge. By the way, why do we need FOUR Assistant Prosecuting Attorneys?? Now I will concede Adams County definitely needs another Judge. Only because there are no specialized "divisions" and as a results, domestic relation cases are getting the shaft. Did you know Adams Co. doesn't follow proper procedure for its' family law cases, shortchanging those involved in oh, so many ways that is a travesty of justice. Same is probably true for other areas, as we don't have specialized divisions like other Courts in Ohio. When are they going to have an accessible website of the docket and pleadings for cases in Adams County? We are living in the dark ages here. Citizens of Adams County, ask not what your county can do for you, but what YOU can do to end the politics, corruption, wasted taxpayer $, and the good 'ole boys network in Adams County. Demand full disclosure.

Judge Spencer does an outstanding job. By the way, he was out because he blew out both knees not because he just did not go to work.

In my opinion we do need a new jail and it needs to be large enough to hold everyone that thinks itís okay to steal and sale drugs.

Be prepared to spend some money, because it will need to be a Large jail.

If this happened though, Topix would drastically change and may actually contain quality conversion topics do to that the majority of the badge haters would be incaracerated.
