Socorro mayor quits, questions election dates

Trini usted to run the city before but when he lost the election the current council gave him a cushy 32000.00 dollar job. But he wanted the power again and this council backed him for mayor wanting a puppet Well little jesse runs the show now. Anyone who goes againt this council gets slammed just look at what they tried to do to reyes, Turns out that she was smarter than they were. She saw right through the lame attempt to remove her. Now that trini is not doing what jesse wanted, they were going to use the same tactic to remove him. But he stepped down. Now they have 120 days to have another election which they should have done this year but they knew that they would be thrown out. So whats in the future. Gomez looks like he has had it with the city I don't think that he will run, I asked Duran and he said that he would not run. That leaves ruiz who will run for any office just to get out of the call center job he has. Now that an election has to happen lets see if this council will be put on the ballot.Jesse and madrid are up for election. The election has to be called by nov 2 by law, lets see how they try to skirt this issue.

Ruiz has been comenting on the articles on the EPT and has been blasting that pendejo Trini on them. His title is listed as "Case Manager at Southwest Key Programs".....were did u get that he was in a call center vato, not everyone in Soco loco works at some shitty as place. Just because you barely finished HS doesnt mean others cant go to college and graduate. Pssh I told my kids to go to college and I think only a pendejo like you would try to make it a negative that Ruiz went to college. Considering Socorro was listed as the "dumbest" city in Texas bc we have very few people with degrees, you shouldnt be bashing people who actually have degrees.Even if he has a degree I'll still support Duran. Why pay with taxpayer’s money for attorneys fees to defend Gutierrez and Mapula who allegedly stole from the City of Socorro? Why go after Mayor Trini Lopez and not after Gutierrez and Mapula?

There is a "small" think called PROOF. Just because someone accuses someone of doing wrong doesn't mean it is true. You yourself used the work "allegedly" because you don't know if it is true or not.
