A few Mexican insurgents agitated a small Mexican audience
Is more like it.

TEXANS don't sympathize nor entertain the Mexican behavior ,

Texas castle law took effect in 2007.

Post your property against trespass like the rural ranchers have done,
Y'all remember the two thieving trespassers shot in Hudspeth county??

Texas begins at the border,
It's time these trespassers RESPECT AMERICAN LAW.

As soon as we git a justice department leader with principles and integrity,
Things will return to the fundamentals of law this country was founded on.

Eric Holder obstructing justice with his convenient amnesia in recent hearings, should be the first INDICTED fir treason with the new administration in OUR HOUSE!

Got to go along with ya on that one. The idiots should have been protesting in Juarez aginst their corrupt goverment and all the killings over their. Had this 15 year old punk got shot over in J-Town by a cartel member not a peep would been have said. Would they get a lawyer and sue one of the cartel? I thought so.

There is no controversy to a good shooting.

Crime has risk, ESPECIALLY in Texas.

They don't go over to Mexico and protest because they know that the police will beat the hell out of them because they are also guilty of abuses and your not about to point that out over there. Besides what has the Border Network done for the family .Any money raised?Better living conditions.Don't think so. Your just like Sharpton.Wheres the camera. And if you think your boy Obama is going to sign or appoint a comission to investigate your crazy he don't care about your cause or this Mexican boy.

Next month the celebration of July 4, the sound of freedom, will usher another year of freedom...
While it's not free,
And it's under attack by the political thieves,
Soon they will be free of OUR HOUSE!

The mother stated he was a first year high school student, do why wasn't he in school? An outdoor school located right on the border?

As tragic as the death was, he picked the wrong day to make a bad decision. To throw a rock at an armed law enforcement officer. This is not the middle east, where they use rubber bullets.

Remember the young American girl that decided she should stand in front of a tank. Who do you think won? Don't challenge or attack armed people is the lesson.

All these illegals were chanting " Justice for Serjio I would say justice was served. Well finally the DOJ has let this one go. Reason for Eric Holder's little blunder in fast and ferious crap. Had it not been for that that BP Agent would be in the slammer.

The biggest problem is the Border Patrol has proof of the boy's complicity in smuggling and failed to show it in the news. They need to show the number of times he was stopped prior to the shooting. As a foreign juvenile he was turned over to the Mexican government several times. His mother is a poor example of parenting. HE should have been in school at the time.

You're right justice WAS SERVED, as all legal Texans & Texan citizens believe. All those protesting have to be illegal, why else would they be caring about the family? We have to back up our BP, and WE will protest if they extradite him. They should be suing Calderon and Mexico's BP for not keeping THEIR DAMNED PEOPLE from approaching the border for the safety of their own.
