Seems a pity all that flood water flowing out to the Gulf last month could not have been piped over to towns like Robert Lee. For that to happen, it has to be organized. I have started a petition to build safe, green, water pipelines to Texas and other states. Please support it. It will also create jobs. Please share with your lists, family and friends.
