Hell no. They haven't started because the U.S hasn't finished paying for all of it. Mexico isn't about to pitch in they never have never will. The only thing they provide is the illegal.

Why should they start on the bridge only to end up being shot at by the Cartels? This boondoggle is a result of a county commissioner who has pleaded guilty to possession with intent to distribute. I really wonder who paid him off for supporting a bridge project down there? Land was taken away by use of eminent domain and the owner was short changed. I am going to laugh if the Mexican government does not even start for another two years. It is like throwing a party and no one comes because the invitations were never sent out.

That's a great point. My husband and I went to a barbecue last weekend and we were the only guests because the hostess had forgotten to invite anyone else. After we had dined on ribs, brisket, pulled pork and ranch beans, we finally asked where the hell everyone else was. She replied that no one was coming and that she hoped to seduce us into a 3way because she had been lonely since her husband went to prison. My husband eagerly agreed but I don't go in for that kind of funny business so I insisted we leave post haste. As it turned out, that was a good idea because my husband was so gassy as a result of all that food.
